CNC ROUTERING

We have invested in a fully equipped workshop both for our convenience and to ensure our production is of the highest quality, including a state of the art multi head CNC Router to cut units with speed and precision which can accommodate boards up to 3050mm (10ft) x 1500mm (5ft).

AIR POWER

All our windows are cut out using air nibblers on a Hydrovane compressor not with a jigsaw or angle grinder so no sparks or swarf on your paintwork.

PANEL SAW

We have facilities to cutour stocked boards down to size on our Holz-Her wall panel saw for ease of transportation.

4 POST RAMP

For diesel heater installation, wheel changing, towbar fitting etc we have an MOT standard 4 post ramp with jacking beams.

SHOWROOM
